Our Menu for Week 3
• Fish & Chips Taco - Fried fish, spicy chips, coriander & jalapeno crema, green pea guacamole, lime.
• Fried Chicken Steak Sandwich - 32 day aged sirloin deep fried KFC style, hot pepper jelly, house slaw, lemon pepper mayo, pickles, toasted milk bread. Served with fries & side salad.
• Salted Caramel & Pretzel Sundae - Clotted cream ice cream, hot salted caramel, pretzel, cinnamon crumb.
• Test Kitchen Cocktail of the week - B&B Rum & Ginger Punch (£6)
