Test Kitchen Tuesday Week 1 Recap   This week has seen us launch our £20 Test Kitchen Tuesday menu, and what a launch it was! Here's a sneak peak of what went down.  Our menu for Week 1    • Fried Chicken & Caviar  • 32 day aged white park sirloin with roasted bone marrow served with peppercorn sauce, a parmesan and kale side salad and fries. • Banana Brulee Sundae with a caramel sauce and brown butter shortbread • Habanero and Passionfruit Margarita (£6)     If you missed out, we have limited tables remaining for week two on Tuesday 13th August. As some of the dishes may be served sharing style, tables are available in groups of 2, 4 and 6. RESERVE NOW See you there!   Please note, as this menu is unannounced and each dish for 1 week only, we will NOT be able to cater for allergies or dietary requirements if you opt for our Test Kitchen Menu.
