Laurent Dagenais Collaboration Preview Evening

From 5pm on Tuesday the 27th of August there will be an exclusive preview event at our Borough Yards location to launch our collaborative menu with social media superstar and best selling author Chef Laurent Dagenais. The event will be hosted by the man himself and will not only give you the opportunity to meet Laurent but also try the complete menu before it launches in September. RESERVE NOW About Laurent: Born and raised in Montreal, Dagenais is a chef by training who worked in the restaurant industry for almost a decade before a snowboarding accident changed his trajectory. "A decade ago my career took a turn that I would have never predicted," explained Dagenais. "Breaking my arm put my cooking life on hold and that's why, in the midst of the pandemic, I started making videos on the internet." It was these videos that changed his life, making the talented and charismatic chef an instant social media phenomenon. With over 4 million followers across his channels, Dagenais' main goal is to share his love of food and through that educate and inspire more people to get in to the kitchen. The Menu Dishes featured on the collaboration menu include a 45day aged steak tartare tostada, The pineapple & chilli butter fried chicken burger with salsa verde hot sauce and a clotted cream ice cream dessert topped with Laurent's very own olive oil & maldon sea salt.   This event is reservations only and numbers are extremely limited.
