A succulent Lamb and Beef patty brings depth and character, balanced with fresh layers of Greek goodness, rounded off the only way it should be, housed in a bun toasted in OILY olive oil. To compliment the dish, we have The Oliveto, a crisp gin cocktail layered with lemon and a subtle olive oil finish.
