Test Kitchen Tuesday - Week 3 Recap and Week 4 Waitlist

This week was our penultimate Test Kitchen Tuesday, and we saw our Chefs make creative twists to classic dishes and have been blown away by the feedback.

For those of you who missed it here's a recap of our menu.

CARAMEL CHOCOLATE & CHILLI WINGS

Buttermilk fried chicken wings with miso, caramel and scotch bonnet sauce dusted with cocoa

WELSH RAREBIT BURGER

40 day dry aged beef patty with torched rarebit, caramelised and raw onions inside our signature demi brioche bun served with deep fried smashed potatoes, mornay sauce and a side of fried onion rings

LEMON DRIZZLE

Lemon drizzle slice, buttercream frosting finished with black poppy seeds and lemon zest

COCKTAIL OF THE NIGHT

Maple Mango Margarita

Tequila, Cointreau, mango, maple syrup, lime

As some of the dishes may be served sharing style, reservations are only available in groups of 2, 4 and 6.
