Test Kitchen Tuesday S2 - Week 1 Recap

This week TKT returned with a bang! This time round, we are serving up a full three courses for £24 and trialling new craft cocktails for just £6. Here's a recap of what went down on the menu...

Week 1 menu:

SOBRASSADA QUESADILLA

Sobrassada, manchego and cheddar toasted quesadilla, finished with honey and chilli flakes

HEREFORD SIRLOIN & BORDELAISE

40 day dry aged Hereford sirloin steak to share with bordelaise sauce, creamed spinach, mixed leaf salad with deep fried smashed lyonnaise potatoes and aioli

STICKY TOFFEE

Medjool date sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and clotted cream ice-cream

COCKTAIL OF THE NIGHT

Sloe Love

Hayman's Sloe Gin, lemon, vibrante, almond and strawberry syrup

Next week's event is sold out, however by joining the waiting list below, you will be the first to be notified of any last minute availability.

As some of the dishes may be served sharing style, reservations are only available in groups of 2, 4 and 6.
