This one-month-only Burger & Beyond collab dish offers the duo's take on the famous Spanish Pan de Cristal - a narrow, crusty bread sandwich developed in Barcelona, Spain around 2010 by baker Jordi Nomen of Concept Pa Bakery, served with a side of dipping sauce, or gravy.
Pan de Cristal, Iberico pork, red prawns, chilli, garlic aioli, Ossau-Iraty cheese, hot honey, white cabbage & onion slaw, served with pork au jus. This dish will be available for dine-in only at all Burger & Beyond restaurants.
