Dear Hugo, Thank you for supervising me today. I am sending this CBD on behalf of the patient I clerked and presented to you today. This was a 20 year old homeless male complaining of a 3/7 Hx of tingling and numbness in his left arm, with recurrent episodes in his right arm/right leg/left leg on a background of taking various recreational drugs including cannabis and cocaine. PMHx significant for anxiety and depression. Examination revealed preserved sensation in all dermatomes of all limbs and motor examination was normal too.
